1.1 How can I include me baby's picture on the site?
Casa de Saúde São José offers parents, free of charge, the opportunity to place their baby's picture in the Virtual Nursery. The parents or legal guardian must fill out the proper form, available at the time of admission to the hospital, and hand it over to the Nursery by 9 a.m.
 
1.2. When will the baby's picture be available for viewing?
Usually, the babies' pictures are taken 12 hours after delivery. The service is available from Monday to Saturday. Pictures are taken in the morning and placed on our website by 3 p.m. Pictures of the babies born on Sunday are posted on Monday.
 
1.3. How long does a picture remain on the site?
The picture remains on the site for indeterminate time.
 
1.4. How do I receive my messages?
Your messages are directed to the Email address provided when you fill out the authorization form.
 
1.5. What should I do in case I do not receive my messages?
First check with your Email provider if it is working properly. Then send a message to the Virtual Nursery by clicking here and ask them to check whether your Email address is correct on the baby's webpage.
 
1.6. Can the babies in the neonatal ICU have their pictures taken?
Yes, they can. Just hand the authorization to the unit's staff and ask them to notify the Virtual Nursery.
 
1.7. How do I save my baby's picture?
To save the picture of your baby, click the right button of the mouse on the picture and select "Save picture as".
 
1.9. How can I request a picture that is no longer on the site?
To request a picture to be sent by email send a request, signed by the parents, to the Virtual Nursery of Casa de Saúde São José.
 
2.1. The hearing test and the newborn screening are performed while the baby is still in the hospital?
Both tests may be performed, but they have to be requested by the pediatrician.
 
3.1. What should I do in case I do not receive my messages?

4.1. What are the documents needed to be admitted to the hospital?
 The mother's ID card, income tax registration card, and the health insurance card.
 
4.2. How long will I remain in the hospital?
Usually, the patient remains in the hospital for 03 days.
